Firefox 3 Released
As of 17th of June, 2008, Firefox 3 is now available on mozilla.com. I just installed it a couple of hours ago, and so far, I have a very good impression about this new version. It seems to be pretty fast. The only thing I hate with upgrading is that you will always have to wait until all your beloved addons will be updated and working again. Some can already be tweaked a little and will then work with FF3 – unfortunately, some won’t… I guess I will have to wait a little longer. At least, an upgrade is always a chance to get rid of old addons that you hardly ever used. … Read entire article »

Handling MySQL Errors Using The $wpdb Class

ActiveSync Troubleshooting
Today, I seemed to have disconnected my PocketPC too early. After this, I couldn’t get it to sync with Microsoft ActiveSync 4.5 on my XP SP3 installation any longer: it said that the USB device could not be recognized. If this happens to you, try the following: deinstall ActiveSync, restart your PC, reinstall ActiveSync, restart your PC again (important!), reconnect the PocketPC. It should work fine again now. The first time, I forgot to restart the PC after reinstalling ActiveSync – which ended up with the same USB device failure, so be sure to restart your PC before reconnecting your device. … Read entire article »

How To Rearrange The Tabs Order In iGoogle
I have always been wondering how I could change the order of my iGoogle tabs – before, I was manually doing this by creating a new tab, copying the content of the desired tab to the new one and then deleting the old tab until I finally had the order I wanted: Google provided no other way. Well, it is easy now: click the title of the tab, then the down arrow, select “edit this tab” – and you can then rearrange the order… nice. … Read entire article »

I stumbled across these videos when I was visiting Google to login and check my emails. So, there is this guy with the nick Kevjumba who got challenged by BoomDizzle on ibeatyou.com – and at the end of that challenge (which was a staring contest), he then challenged none other than Jessica Alba: –> www.youtube.com/watch?v=CguCyEX51Gc Guess what?
