Foxit Reader - A Lean Acrobat Reader Alternative
I think that I am not the only one who thinks that the Adobe Acrobat Reader has become a little too big - not to say WAY too big - and slow.
Foxit Software has a nice and pretty fast alternative in store - for free!

Foxit is great, but I have since discovered a great free GPL’d alternative that’s even faster and has only one exe file - Sumatra PDF: http://blog.kowalczyk.info/software/sumatrapdf/
