I don’t know why, but a couple of days ago, I felt the urge to look for those old Infocom games on the internet… wait… what did you say? You do not know Infocom? Shame on you!

Infocom has blessed the early computer gamerz with dozens of hilarious text adventures, like e.g. the famous “Hitchhiker’s Guide To The Galaxy”, the spooky “Lurking Horror” and the naughty “Leather Goddesses Of Phobos”. They had a very intelligent and progressive algorithm to parse your input, and the descriptions were ingenious.

Oh, now you remember?
OK, where were we…

I don’t know why, but a couple of days ago, I felt the urge to look for those old Infocom games on the internet… and I found an interesting website where you can play them online using Java! So, if you still remember how to save Arthur Dent’s home from being wrecked by that big bulldozer, then give it a try!

Note:
I hope that the website provided above is not breaching any copyright laws.
If so, please let me know.

PS:
There is a cool collection available: “Classic Text Adventure Masterpieces”.
I have just seen that on an ebay auction
