It is a 'how the webhost has configured the servers' problem, if I recall correctly. Did you ever get to the bottom of it? Could you create the user called: “wwwrun" perhaps and then login with that user profile and delete the problem folder? I might give it a go. I unistalled lightboxJS and installed this version of lightbox: http://stimuli.ca/lightbox/ It solved my conflict...perhaps this will help your situation too.
