Smoking Ban In Germany
From August 1st, 2007, smoking in Germany (like e.g. Lower Saxony - where I live) will be banned in restaurants, bars and discotheques as well as other public places - unless there are separate smoking rooms.
This should be the perfect time to quit smoking, shouldn’t it?
Before, I managed to quit smoking for 3 days in a row, I guess that was my record. Now, I am desperately wanting to quit again - but this time: FOREVER!
Gladly, Linh will also be trying to quit, which may give me some additional support. He already managed to quit for half a year before, so he is the living example that it should work.
I just had what is supposed to be my LAST cigarette… well, then, keep your fingers crossed!
