Sticky Notes
I was just thinking about installing a WP Plugin to make posts stick to the top of your blog, like the WP Sticky Post Plugin or Adhesive… but then, I thought it would be much easier to integrate the text into the template for the main index site - has the same effect, and editing isn’t much more work than writing a post.
