Problem With Word Not Saving Settings Solved!
Does Word forget some settings every time you restart your computer?
Well, see if you have a cleaner tool installed which might be running on startup!
I had the freeware “Disk Cleaner” installed, which was supposed to clear Word’s MRU on each startup… but apparently, some settings were also cleared. Unchecking the “Office” plugin made it happen: now the settings stay!
Actually, this issue also seems to appear using CCleaner.
