Problems With Firewall Of KIS 6.0
I just installed a trial version of Kaspersky Internet Security 6.0 because their virus scanner is supposed to be the best. So I thought I could give that security suite a chance.
After installing, I found out that “Counterstrike” did not show my favorite servers, although I set all featrures in KIS to allow TCP in/out as well as UDP in/out for both steam.exe and hl.exe.
I googled this problem and found some posts reading that KIS has indeed some problems with Steam / Counterstrike.
Well, I think I’ll just go with the Kaspersky Antivirus, then, and let the free version of ZoneAlarm do the firewall stuff again…
