I have some trouble using the WP 2.1 interface:
Although all files are visible in the “themes” directory when I use my FTP prog, some templates do not appear in the theme editor.
I can edit them using the link of a “visible” template from the list on the right and manually exchanging the template name in [...]

I finally managed to update my weblog now that WordPress 2.1 has been issued (see this post).
Updating is quite simple, the instructions given by wordpress.org should be sufficient.
I just updated the following plugins:

Category Tagging Plugin, since the old version no longer works with WP 2.1,
Subscribe To Comments, since there are some improvements (nice work, now [...]
